The conference goes from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, and includes speakers, small groups, praise and worship, Eucharistic adoration, confession, mass, free time, and more! The weekend is a great opportunity for teens to encounter God in a deeper way, to grow in their faith, and to build deep and lasting friendships with other teens who share their faith.2025 Theme: Consumed
“For the LORD, your God, is a consuming fire, a jealous God.”
– Deuteronomy 4:24

Housing will be 3-4 teens of the same gender per room. The total cost of the conference is $400/teen. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due at registration, and the remainder will be due by May 31, 2025.
The cost includes conference registration, housing at the Gaylord, all Saturday meals, and Sunday breakfast. All participants must stay at the hotel overnight.Teens are expected to be kind and respectful toward each other, their chaperones, all other conference participants, resort and conference staff, and hotel guests.
Teens are expected to be respectful of hotel and conference property and to exercise safe behaviors.
Teens may not leave hotel property at any time during the conference.
No drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, weapons, or pornographic material will be tolerated.
Teens are not allowed to enter an opposite gender hotel room, or to be alone with an un-related teen of the opposite gender.
Teens must be present and punctual to all conference events. During free time, they must let the chaperones know where they are at all times.
Teens must stay with a buddy throughout the weekend.
Cell phones are to be used only for checking conference info, taking photos, and staying in touch with the group. Any cell-phones that are out during sessions, prayer time, small groups, adoration, or mass will be taken away until free time. We ask that parents limit check-ins to 1-2 times per day, via text. This is an opportunity for your teens to disconnect with technology and connect with God and other human beings.
Teens must abide by all policies set forth by the archdiocese, found here.
If teens are violating the policies set forth, the group leader reserves the right to call parents and send a teen home from the conference at their discretion. This retreat is good for teens who are strongly grounded in their faith and looking to take the next step to develop their skills in leading others and sharing the gospel.
This retreat is selective. Teens must go through an application process and receive a referral by their youth minister, so please speak to Katelyn or Dan prior to applying. This conference can be an intense experience for many teens, so there are many precautions and services offered throughout the conference to keep the teens safe and physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy.
Safety Team - A team of trained volunteers that maintains the security of the conference, ensures teens are engaging in safe behaviors, and deals with any issues or health emergencies that come up.
First Aid Station- Trained medical professionals that can assist with injuries and minor health issues. We will contact you if your teen becomes ill, and in case of a medical emergency, we will call 911 and notify you

Prayer Team - A team of volunteers trained to pray with teens. Teens will always be accompanied by one of the chaperones.
